A Nigerian POS operator, Mallam Umar in Hausa Quarters, Warri, Delta State has been hailed as good man because of how low his charges are.
Umar charges just 200 Naira to give 5000 Naira new notes to customers.
Many people have been flocking to his place to get money and also praising him for not taking advantage of the current situation.
