Georgia Trump investigation: Read the full grand jury excerpts

A Georgia judge released three parts of a grand jury report Thursday into former President Donald Trump's efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election.

The 23-member grand jury concluded unanimously "no widespread election fraud took place in the Georgia 2020 presidential election that could result in overturning the election results."

The grand jury's conclusion came after hearing from 75 witnesses including poll workers, investigators, technical experts and Georgia government workers.

A majority of the grand jury thought witnesses lied during the investigation and recommended Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis seek indictments for perjury "where the evidence is compelling." The witnesses weren't identified.

Fulton County Superior Judge Robert McBurney ordered the release of parts of the long-awaited report because none of the sections named suspects in criminal activity.
